1. General Terms Applicable to All Plans

The following terms apply to both our Home Plan and Business Plan services.

1.1 Service Duration

Refined Bins operates seasonally from April 1 to October 31, 2025

All service plans, regardless of their start date, will conclude on October 31, 2025. The next service season will commence on April 1st of every subsequent year.

1.2 Billing & Payment

Clients will be billed on the 1st of each month, with invoices issued on the same day. Payment is due within five (5) days of the invoice date. Failure to make timely payments may result in a temporary suspension of service. We accept Credit Card, Interac e-Transfer, or other approved payment methods.

1.3 Commitment & Cancellation

All monthly plans are billed for the remaining months of the season, up to a maximum of seven (7) months. A minimum commitment of three (3) months is required. Early cancellations are subject to a $40 administrative fee to cover scheduling and processing costs.

1.4 Rescheduling & Missed Cleanings

In the event of delays due to weather, holidays, or routing changes, Refined Bins will make every effort to reschedule service within the same week. Cleanings missed due to inaccessible bins (e.g., behind locked gates or inside garages) are not eligible for refunds. Clients are entitled to one courtesy reschedule per season for a missed cleaning caused by inaccessibility.

1.5 Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective service, clients agree to:

Ensure bins are clearly visible and accessible on the scheduled cleaning day. Make sure bins are empty or mostly empty to allow for effective cleaning. Provide current contact information and notify Refined Bins of any changes to the number or location of bins.

1.6 Termination by Refined Bins

Refined Bins reserves the right to terminate this agreement under the following conditions:

Unsafe working conditions.
Repeated issues accessing bins.

Consistent failure to make payments.

Written notice will be provided prior to any termination of service.

1.7 Limitation of Liability

Refined Bins is not responsible for:

Damage resulting from manufacturer defects,

Prior wear and tear, or misuse of bins.

Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural events or road closures.

1.8 Monthly Cleaning Schedule

Refined Bins will provide service once per month on your chosen weekday, between April 1st and October 31st. Cleanings will occur between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM on your scheduled day.

2. Home Plan Specific Terms

These terms apply specifically to clients subscribed to the Home Plan.

2.1 Service Description (Home Plan)

Our Home Plan provides professional monthly cleaning services for residential outdoor bins. This plan includes:

One cleaning service per month.

Cleaning of three (3) bins per visit.

Additional bins can be added at a rate of $10 per bin per month.

VIP priority placement on scheduled cleaning routes.

Full deodorizing and sanitation with each cleaning.

3. Business Plan Specific Terms

These terms apply specifically to clients subscribed to the Business Plan.

3.1 Service Description (Business Plan)

Our Business Plan provides scheduled commercial cleaning services for dumpsters and large waste bins. This plan includes:

One professional cleaning service per month

Cleaning of one (1) dumpster and two (2) bins per service visit.

The option to include additional dumpsters at a rate of $100 each per month.

Priority scheduling and optimized routing for business clients.

High-powered cleaning that includes sanitation and odor removal.
